Girls Summer shoe shopping

All little girls love pretty sandals and there are some really lovely ones in the shops that you can buy for the summer.

Start-rite girls shoes are fashionable and comfortable and a very popular choice with parents and little girls. I love their English classic range which is quite formal so probably best kept for special occasions such as a family BBQ or summer wedding. Start-rite shoes are also all leather uppers and breathable, which is another big plus for little feet.

Some girls like to wear simple trainers which are a good choice for everyday wear such as going to the park or playing in the garden. They offer good support and protection to the toes as they are enclosed. Trainers are generally affordable and can be bought very cheaply.

Some girl’s shoes have a ‘kitten’ heel which is about 2 inches high. This style is sometime worn by celebrities’ children as seen in magazines. However heels, even small ones, should not be worn by very young children. If you buy kitten heels for an older girl they should only be worn for short periods of time and not every day. read more…
